AI Video Generator (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

    1.1 User Images and Videos

When you use AI video generation, image-to-video, image-to-image, video enhancement, video editing, or Face Swap features, you may upload or select images or videos from your device.

    1.2 Face Data

Some app features, including Face Swap, image-to-image, and image-to-video features, may process images selected by you that contain a face. For Face Swap, you may select a target/source image and a face reference image.

We do not collect Face ID data, biometric identifiers, face geometry templates, faceprints, facial recognition identifiers, or persistent biometric profiles. Face-containing images are processed only to provide the AI generation or editing result requested by you.

Face data is not used for advertising, tracking, identity verification, authentication, profiling, or building biometric databases.

    1.3 Text Prompts

When you use text-to-video, text-to-image, or AI generation features, the text prompt you enter may be processed to generate the requested result.

    1.4 Generated Content

The app may create AI-generated videos, images, previews, or other media based on your selected inputs.

    1.5 Usage and Performance Data

We may collect limited non-personal data such as app usage, feature interactions, crash logs, device type, operating system version, and performance information to improve app stability and user experience.

    1.6 Personal Information

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or address unless you voluntarily contact us.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to provide and improve app features, including:

Generating AI videos from text prompts
Generating AI images from text prompts
Creating videos from uploaded images
Transforming uploaded images
Processing uploaded videos
Enhancing or editing videos and images
Providing Face Swap functionality
Creating previews and generated results
Improving app performance and reliability
Fixing crashes and technical issues
Managing app configuration through Firebase Remote Config
Improving the overall user experience

We do not use uploaded images, videos, prompts, generated content, or face data for advertising, tracking, identity verification, authentication, profiling, or building biometric databases.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

    3.1 Third-Party AI APIs

Some app features may use third-party AI services to process images, videos, text prompts, and generated content.

When you use AI features, your selected image, video, face-containing image, or text prompt may be securely sent to our AI service providers for processing. This data is used only to generate the requested result.

For Face Swap, the target/source image and face reference image may be securely sent to an AI processing provider only to create the requested Face Swap output.

    3.2 Data Usage Restrictions

We do not sell your images, videos, prompts, face data, or generated results.

We do not use your uploaded media, prompts, face data, or generated results for advertising purposes.

We do not knowingly allow third-party AI providers to use your submitted content to identify you.

We do not knowingly allow third-party AI providers to create biometric profiles, faceprints, or facial recognition identifiers from your uploaded images.

4. Image, Video, Face Data, and Media Processing

    4.1 Media Processing

The app may process images, videos, face-containing images, and prompts only when you choose to use AI generation or editing features.

    4.2 Purpose of Processing

Uploaded images, videos, face-containing images, and prompts are used only to generate AI videos, generate AI images, enhance media, edit media, provide Face Swap functionality, or provide the requested output.

    4.3 Face Data Processing

Face data is processed only when you voluntarily select or upload an image containing a face for a feature that requires or supports face-containing images.

For Face Swap, the app uses the face reference image to apply the selected face to the target/source image. The app does not use face data to identify a person, verify identity, unlock features, authenticate users, track users, or create a biometric profile.

    4.4 Temporary Processing

Uploaded media, including face-containing images, may be temporarily processed by third-party AI services to generate the requested result. We recommend that you do not upload sensitive, private, or confidential images or videos.

5. Firebase Remote Config

    5.1 Remote Configuration

We use Firebase Remote Config to manage app settings, feature availability, API keys, and configuration values.

    5.2 Purpose of Remote Config

Remote Config helps us update app behavior without requiring a new app release. It is not used to collect your uploaded images, videos, prompts, generated content, face data, or personal information.

6. Data Storage and Retention

    6.1 Local Storage

Most app data may be stored locally on your device. This may include generated result history, media references, or app preferences.

    6.2 Temporary Cloud Processing

Images, videos, face-containing images, and prompts selected by you may be temporarily uploaded to AI processing services only to complete your requested action.

    6.3 Generated Content

Generated videos or images may be saved locally on your device only if you choose to save or download them.

    6.4 Face Data Retention

We do not retain uploaded face data on our own servers. Face-containing images are used temporarily for processing the requested result.

Local app history may remain on your device until you delete the app or clear related app/device data. Generated media is saved to your device only if you choose to save or download it.

    6.5 Retention Period

Uploaded media and prompts are retained only for as long as necessary to process the requested AI generation or editing action, subject to the processing practices of the relevant AI service provider. We do not use uploaded face data for long-term storage, biometric databases, or future identification.

7. Advertising and Analytics

    7.1 Analytics Services

Our app may use analytics or advertising services to understand app performance, improve user experience, or show ads.

    7.2 Data Shared with Ads Providers

These services may collect limited device and usage information according to their own privacy policies.

We do not share your uploaded images, videos, prompts, generated content, face data, uploaded face images, or Face Swap content with advertising networks.

8. App Tracking Transparency

    8.1 Tracking Permission

If the app uses tracking or personalized advertising, we will request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework where required.

    8.2 User Control

You can allow or deny tracking permission at any time from your device settings.

You should not upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, violates the rights of others, or is uploaded without proper permission.

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
